It's a company full of lies. During the interview process, I was under the impression that I'd be coding and actually analyzing data. Based on my previous work experience, I was very qualified to do this. Instead, I was reading papers and extracting data. When I finally switched teams, several months later, to a position where I could analyze data, whenever I tried to analyze data, my micromanagey supervisor was looking over my should to make sure I was doing my job the whole time.
