      Pros

      Wonderful, hard working coworkers.Benefits were ok, but have changed due to the merger.

      Cons

      IGT used to be the premier gaming company to work for. I worked there for over 15 years and gave my heart and soul. The company took a downturn approx 5 yrs ago due to mismanagement by upper level management and became the most oppressive place I have ever worked. I had high hopes with the recent merger, but I fear the company is only going to get worse. If you are considering working for IGT RUN before it's too late!!!

      good place to work if you dont want to work very hard or get paid very much.

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
