If you can come across a good manager/team, it can be a very fun place to work
Cons
Getting fair compensation for what you do is not what they care about. You can be quakified for a position and have all the qualifications but because you current salary isn't within the grade of what you're going for, they won't bump your pay to meet the grade but will hire from the outside with little and or no experience and will pay top dollar.
