- ability and willingness to allow employees to work from home - coworkers were competent, friendly, and hardworking - great benefits as far as insurance and vacation days due to it being an international company - helpful programs to pay for continued education - 401k plan

- most of the management and promotion structure isn't explained in any way to get promoted, promotions were entirely based on who a manager liked rather than basing it on experience, education, metric numbers, or any measurable reason for the promotions. - corporate structures often failed my team by either not listening to repeated issues that could be solved, or outright making things more difficult to use straining the team and slowing down workflow for the entire company due to IT issues.
