      Pros

      Pay is OK. If you like working long hours for mediocre pay and no job security, this is a good place to work.

      Cons

      No job security. Since 2008, MANY of my friends from the company have been laid off.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
