The team is always willing to help, making it a great place to learn, develop new skills, and gain valuable industry experience. The positive culture and collaborative approach make coming to work enjoyable and rewarding. The free lunches on Fridays are also a great bonus and provide an opportunity for the team to catch up and connect outside of day-to-day work.

If I were to identify one area for improvement, it would be the workplace culture, which could benefit from a greater focus on team engagement and social interaction to further strengthen collaboration and morale across the office.
