Very comfortable environment. Bosses are like older brother, father/uncle. Most of the people working there are loyal to the company. Some new employees but most of the staff have been there for 10 years or more. Small turnover of staff. Owners do not really fire anyone unless you really do something drastic and on a regular basis. Flexible hours too. No one yells if you come late or leave early.

Salary is ok but a bit on the low side. Good thing is, they always pay on time and give nice yearly bonuses.

The office has an interesting mix of culture. Very family oriented. Not much room for growth. Management will keep you doing your current functions until you leave. Salaries do not reflect your abilities.

Does not offer anything in the way of perks or benefits. Standard health insurance. They will work you to the bone and act as if they are doing you a favor by giving you a job. Hard to move ahead.
