It's a bit hard to navigate at first as it's unlike normal job boards. It's quite dynamic. Once you learn how to navigate all the tools and technologies it is worth the initial discontents.

The company itself is so transparent with all that goes on at the highest levels of the organization. The compensation, benefits, and perks are top notch in the industry. The people are absolutely fantastic and always willing to help. There is a generous education allowance to use in the way that you deem fit (formal courses, online courses, professional conferences, certifications, etc.) to continue to build up our individual skill set in support of common and aligned goals of the organization. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position. Extremely fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work!
