      Pros

      I got some real world work experience. Learned how to deal with very small minded people.

      Cons

      The people were rude. They got mad at me in front of everyone for speaking English to an English customer. When I was leaving I asked my manager for a reference because she had repeatedly told me I was a great employee she all but laughed in my face but jokes on her because I now travel the world as a flight attendant.
