      Creative environment and enjoyable brands to work on

      It seems to me that the International group never fully integrated and thus mismanaged the American group, eventually cut us off which left a bad taste in my mouth... - minimal opportunities for Career Advancement - Poor Feedback and communication - Too corporate and spread out to make employees feel valued

      Pros

      I worked with an outstanding team of people that had strong systems in place for workflow. We were a fine tuned group that worked very well together. My direct bosses were awesome and I enjoyed my direct reports.

      Cons

      The company sold it's US based locations due to several factors such as the pandemic, slower sales and the tariff situation.
