Flexible with schedule, managers that care, paid vacation weekends off

No family time, lots of drama

Pay was good and some perks were good

If you aren't family you don't matter. They treated some good, some not so much. The president and his family work there so they get by with more than others and there is one CSM that is over all other CS Account Representatives and she is not professional and is not a good Manager and they have kept her for a long time. They did not listen to concerns others had. Major turn over rate.
