      No pros I have found. If you get into good books of manager you will survive.

      Total illogical management. All people do is buttering. No work life balance they can call you at any hour. False promises and no one has knowledge about Aviation.

      The best part is here in IFOS we worked as a team work and makes everyone work life easier and I'm looking forward to learn much more . We as a team work with positive attitude.

      Cons

      Those who come from Fixed Shift work they should be ready to be available 24x7 as we are working in Non Schedule Aviation. if you are looking for exposure to gain knowledge this is right platform.
