      There is always work available in the company and there really is a strong international culture that you get to work and communicate with.

      There is sometimes too much work where it is hard to focus on specific tasks and action to complete. Also, a lot of meetings.

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
