      Pros

      The pay is not awful, but they do have a good benefit package.

      Cons

      You will just be there. No real pay raises as the company makes billions of dollars. Bonuses taken away or reduced if the company makes $1M under projection. There is a lot of your classic "we are a family" talk, but I don't remember my family taking money from me or forgetting I exist.

      Pay is good, benefits are solid.

      Cons

      Garbage fire of a company. Leadership likes telling each other stories that aren't based in reality, and they won't fix the long term issues that matter. R&D severely underinvested in. Impossible to influence anyone who matters as they only listen up.
