- Negative work life balance. People are expected to work on weekends and even late nights on weekdays - For freshers mostly grunt work/software work is given and pure ML related work be it be research, establishing training pipelines is done by seniors - Seniors just assign loads of tasks and sits to review the work. Don't even offer a helping hand. - Toxic mindset of upper management - People are not paid according to their work, everyone is paid the same wether you work more or less or in high impactful projects. Nothing changes for them. Very less pay to start with and low increments and bonuses.
