Flexible working hours, genuinely remote work. You can work from the beach if you want! My last job made me commute 4 hrs a day every day which meant long hours. Good work life balance here. I expect to be set targets at work. I have always felt supported and encouraged to reach my full potential. J. Harrop managed the analyst team from 2012 until end of 2020. I attended presentations and masterclasses given by him on behalf of IDTechEx during that time and I have read his market research reports. He has management experience and knows about what the company does in depth. He has recently stepped back in to manage the team. The company socials are fantastic and help with team building. Colleagues are hard working and friendly. Talented people are recognised. Good pension and medical benefits. All expenses paid travel. Good bonuses.
