      Extremely knowledgeable and helpful coworkers. Everyone is fairly laid back, and easy to get along with on a day to day basis.

      Cons

      There tends to be a lack of structure at times, a more rigid hierarchy would greatly benefit all departments and help projects move more smoothly.
