Pros
- Everyone is talented or has a standard on the ground level - It has a strong POV on where the market is going (eg. Sustainability, inclusion) — but in reality, nobody has the knowledge or know-how to do this with rigour - Studio can be fun when it wants to
Cons
- Compensation is really low - Leadership is disorganized - Business development outweighs innovation - High turnover — Losing great talent left, right and centre - London is a competitive market and IDEO just does not get interesting projects to run with - Overworked (although we talk as a group like we aren't) - Very cliquey between people in the teams - Leadership is very choosey of their "team" on projects which limits others - Don't seem to move past the standard methodology...
