Pros
Innovation, Evolution, High Technology, Team Work, Multicultural. Comfortable Work Environment, the benefits are great and they provide all the tools. If you have a passion and vision, you can transform this company. They're open to great ideas. And they are willing to learn, especially related to marketing, marketing tech and channel scalability.
Cons
Upper management is diluted to the point of inefficiency. There is no work-life balance, most of the time you need to work on weekends. No work life balance as you are supposed to deliver each and every project which is not planned proper. The acquisition rumormill has quashed some internal get-it-done spirit.
