I have completed 2 years in Noida RnD. For a fresher, this could be one of the best place to learn and get groomed professionally. You could have seen many people starting their career and completing 10+ years but... see cons
Cons
Management is immune about salaries. They do not negotiate with any critical and skilled person for salary. They metion this fact openly. people are moving to compititor companies with huge pay rise. It looks like the remaining loyal people are just busy with tranning new people. Parking is like GDA/NDA authority parking. Company policies, HR, IT are not at all at par with IT company standard.
