      - Colleagues are easy to get along with and provide helpful feedback when struggling on task. - MD is easy to get along with but put his foot down when required to ensure the job is done.

      Lack of current quantitative/ML approaches to modelling compromising research quality.

      Pros

      Able to see how a small firm can penny pinch and squeeze the most out of an employee

      Cons

      The management is cheap and will look to reduce your salary and benefits. You have outdated computers. Management is not interested in putting any more money into the business. It is privately held by a family.
