Workload is too much, each PO is handling all aspects of a project Management is bad, and leads in the bullying or gossiping of other employees. Disrespectful and condescending remarks when you ask for feedback or guidance. Office politics is emotionally and mentally taxing In one unit, almost 10 people have resigned because of the workload and bad management. Ironic for a NGO that extends understanding and empathy towards its partners, but not its own employees There are always delays in senior approval, but it’s only your mistake if there are delays or errors
