      Pros

      Good to build experience if you're in high school or even early college and looking to get a career in tech

      Cons

      It's more babysitting than teaching. Kids are generally misbehaving and due to being an after school program and camps for spring/summer, there's no disciplining kids or removing them from classes as their parents pay a lot of money for their kids to attend
