Pros
There are some great people here who like and want to work hard and there is the usual management claptrap about 'valuing' everyone. The tea and coffee is free and the 'chillout' facilities are good in Southampton.
Cons
The bullying culture mentioned by other reviewer really does exist at a senior level. Swearing and publicly dissing people can be witnessed on a daily basis which is demoralising for staff at any level. Too many managers just say yes without thinking through the consequences and then when it goes wrong as it often can, they pass the blame down the line to save their own skins.
