Pros
Good work life balance. Approachable and friendly management. Flat organisational structure. Helpful colleagues. Good exposure to the industry and lots to learn from meeting clients personally.
Cons
There aren't a very many cons to the company. Just that the flat organisational structure along with a 'public sector' mentality means that the opportunities for growth are very structured and do not come easily for high performers.
