Work hours - Excruciating work hours One will be asked to work during all 7 days during quarter ends and year ends High power distance, you can never express honest opinion to your boss/super boss They dont pay you well if you are from Tier 2 or Tier 3 management institutes it creates a huge divide, as the person who is from IIM will get higher salary / role for same or less amount of work done
