We are sorry to hear your concerns regarding communication, compensation and the work environment. We want you to know these concerns are taken seriously and will be communicated to our leadership team. With regards to compensation, the company is currently implementing a global job architecture project that has a component ensuring the company compares our compensation to local competition in each part of the world. As for our benefits, we are always looking for ways to provide enhanced benefits that our employees value. Fortunately, we receive positive feedback from most employees and we have not had to increase our health insurance premiums for two consecutive years. That said, ICL benchmarks our benefits against other companies in similar industries and will continue to make recommended changes to the management team.
