Struggling Start-Over Company with Potential but w/o Focus - Anonymous employee ICIX Employee Review

I always welcome people to raise their concerns and share their opinions. But I am troubled when inaccurate statements are made in public about a company and its valuable employees. To address some of the items mentioned above: - Yes, indeed: we have made ambitious decisions to serve a very promising market, with what we believe is the best IT platform in the industry (Salesforce.com). - We are very proud of our purpose, to promote safer and better products for demanding consumers, always eager to know more about the products they consume. - I would never tolerate that employees are talked down by management, for any reason. If that has happened, I will address the issue right away. - We value the benefits of people working remotely, while we also promote team work in the same location. We have just opened an office in downtown San Francisco to reduce commuting times for our colleagues living on the East and North Bay. - we have been hiring a lot, and constantly looking for talented people. There are still a number of open positions. Contact me if you are interested. - I do not see any "fake reviews about ourselves" in here. - Yes, we work in a high pace environment.
