Amazing pay for fresher if you are from a Tier 1 or 2 B school Amazing job security as I have never seen or heard ICICI laying someone off. They need a lot of manpower on ground. Leave policy is good. If your manager is good, other things will also get managed pretty smoothly
Cons
Most toxic and unprofessional environment that you can imagine. They make you work way beyond your hours and you will be publicly yelled at or even verbally abused if you so much as say “my shift is over”. You will be expected to SIT at the branch till 7 pm just because. Horrible sales pressure and lot of mis selling is done. Teams tend to steal each other’s business. Really bad infrastructure, not at all employee friendly. Prestigious segments like Private Banking are treated like normal retail segments and HNI clients are highly critical of the bugging behaviour of RMs that comes on as a result. Frequent transfer of branch locations and lot of politics. Not a place to work if you want a long healthy life.
