Pros
Close to a mall A few well rounded colleagues to work with
Cons
There are some parts of management that thinks it ideal to lead with fear. Impose rules and regulations but it does not apply to some from management There are so many departments that have close to no support to meet expectations There are some if not many over worked departments Many is expected to pick up slack from others when there is a shortage of colleagues on a any type of leave Very eager to get rid of people that is under performing or pose a threat to someone that doesn’t fit their social environment A few people that could be identified with narcissistic tendencies or behaviour There’s a feeling of us verse them in the air and that’s from country to country and department to department The values are just words on a wall Many micromanagers This can’t be authenticated but some gets performance bonuses whilst others don’t and get asked to be quiet about it and I think goes the same with increases where it comes to promotions or annual increases. It will be tough to know who is treated fairly or generously and who isn’t. The expectations can be seemed sometimes as unfortunately unrealistic but because there’s almost never a proven reason or evidence to show why the expectations are the way it is. Focus more on sales making money rather than developing people There is no real focus on implementing a healthy workplace culture Low recognition opportunities There is an unspoken expectation to be personally sharing great things about the workplace or just company posts and not have any personal related views on LinkedIn Only some people can work from home and even when the job can be done remotely then many is told there is no work from home policy. To many people in management that is not needed just takes up a seat and earns a salary but adds no value but blaming the people in their team if they not working hard enough Confidentiality doesn’t exist Diversified but mostly at entry level roles
