Quite positive work environment but very corporate - Social Media Officer ICF Employee Review

The firing culture was traumatising. During a few years within the company several employees were fired on the spot without any working. It creates a quite stressful working environment where you can’t feel safe even though you work well. It is also really corporate, a lot of things ‘taken’ from American practice which is quite foreign for Europeans.
