Pros
This company has great benefits such as their 401K match program, commuter benefits, health insurance, and paid time off (vacation, floating holidays, and national holidays)
Cons
The pay is relatively low for an IT position. There also tends to be a lot of down time where we don't have any assignments to do until the next iteration (which I personally don't mind), but for anyone who needs to be working 24/7 with no breaks, this isn't the job for you.
