Pros
The people are friendly and it is a good work environment. It is very corporate but the structure allows for smaller divisions of management which helps. It you like to use public transportation, there is free shuttle service to a metro station less than five minutes away.
Cons
The bonus structure leaves a lot to be desired and bonuses are few and far between. budgets for everything including raises keep getting cut while the company seems to be doing fairly well. There is not much room for salary negotiation once you are an employee so make sure you get a good starting salary.
