Avoid at all costs - Managing Director ICBC Standard Bank Employee Review

The bank habitually uses deceptive recruiting tactic, hiding key facts about the jobs and only revealing them once candidates have already resigned from their previous positions and accepted the ICBC Standard offer. As a result, some departments are understaffed due to high turnover. The bank also greatly over-promises on compensation. HR is aware of these method, turns a blind eye and supports the management in continuing this practice. Similar situation has happened to a few of my colleagues who have since resigned, but their careers have suffered serious damages as a result. It is a dishonest employer that you should avoid at all costs.
