Pros

Not many, offices are OK, socialising is good, particularly if you are in a leadership role.

Cons

Presurised and no work life balance, dull on a good day, leadership should decide to lead by example and not by talking it up. Do as you say not as you do. Not brilliant at communicating direction of travel, limited consideration for the market and respect of candidates. Not great training and opportunity looking slim.

Thank you for your review. We can assure you that we take all comments, positive and negative, very seriously. We work hard to ensure that every consultant has a clear career progression path and understands the thresholds to hit to achieve promotion. We welcome feedback from across the business at all times and hold one-to-ones with directors on a monthly basis to ensure that everyone gets the opportunity to express any concerns or discuss new ideas. It’s a worry that you may not be happy in your role and we are therefore keen to address any issues you may have. We will always offer additional training / support to all our employees where needed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Our commission and salary structure is intentionally designed to reward high performance. We focus on recognising and rewarding excellence, which is why commission can be earned quickly and is market leading. That said, we regularly review base salaries to ensure we remain competitive. Following our most recent annual appraisals, the majority of our sales team received base salary increases in line with the market, alongside further enhancements to an already strong commission structure – and in some cases, both. In terms of working arrangements, trust is built over time. While we do promote office working (driving faster learning, collaboration and higher performance through real-time support, shared momentum and direct access to leadership) flexible and remote working is very much available where it supports productivity and performance. In fact, three of our top performers in 2025 work remotely for the majority of their time. Our approach is about ensuring flexibility works for both the individual and the wider business. We are always open to feedback and we genuinely value hearing different perspectives. Listening, adapting and investing in our people remains a key priority for us.
