      Good working culture. Knowledge sharable within teams. Exploring new things. Motivating team members. Flexible work timings. Alternate Saturday and Sunday holiday. Appraisal is based on work performance.

      Cons

      There is no time limit for trainees. To complete project they have to work without any time limit. There is no additional travel expenses.
