The management gives you creative freedom and encourages new ideas, which really helps in experimenting with campaigns. The work culture is friendly, and the team is supportive. I’ve had the chance to work on multiple projects that helped me grow professionally.

      Sometimes processes can be a bit slow, but overall it’s a good place to build your marketing skills and gain exposure.

      Pros

      IBM is one of the companies which offers flexible work timigs,work from home options.Those are extremely helpful in building employee satisfaction and retention.The work is evenly distributed which contributes towards a stress free environment.

      Cons

      Too much processes involved which results in confusion.The unnecessary processes cause hindrance to the actual work to be done.
