Pros
Good people, at least the ones that are left, below management level. Interesting resources can be had for those who wish to learn.
Cons
Fear of getting fired/laid off/RA'ed. They're really the same thing in most cases. They are cutting a vast majority of the US workforce below management level and replacing them with offshore people. My ex-customers are (still) leaving as fast as they can. The people still left are doing the work of those culled and getting toxic reviews (3's) to ensure they're next on the list. More and more hours, minimal, if any, bonuses for the troops and no pay raises that aren't wiped out by decreasing benefits and increasing costs. This place is not where you want to work if you don't have a management slot waiting for you. Management is bloated, the RoadKill 2015 facade gutted the company and further huge cuts to the US workforce. Beware anyplace where the stock price and earnings are king. You are no more than a body to them. The cultural values that once existed and you'll hear parroted are long gone. Long hours without pay, the demand for more billable hours over 40 and the diminishing return on your efforts will make you appreciate almost any other employer.
