- Vacations should be requested at least 1 or 2 months in advance because this affects something they called forecast ( this is annoying when planning your vacations) - Some managers want you to always give the extra mile, but they don’t have the same commitment when it comes to help you to grow in your career or get a salary increase - Make sure you are going to enter with a good salary, it is really hard to get significant salary increase once you enter to the company - Anual performance evaluation (checkpoint) - The salaries (at least in software engineering) are way too low compared to other tech companies in CR, even small companies - The technology used in some business units are outdated, they don’t like to use cutting edge technology - My team was a little bit disorganized, no QA nor devops team, no coding standards, some projects are a mess - Monthly payment
