Will used to very stress situation in working environment, manager will approve anything if you do everything they ask regardless you are on AL, EL,MC or the task not belongs to your job scope, you will make manager life easier by just accepting the blame management throw on you if you want them to give 'good' appraisal
Cons
Management have very serious integrity issue in IGF COF team especially Michelle Ho. Many of the team members scared to voice out as management trick employee by not increase the salary, will not confirm you if you are under probation or will not allow you to change to other team after 18th month. Things will get worst if you escalate to wrong HR, where it will backfire you. Management who acting as 'Boss" and not as a leader, un-willingness to listen, make up unnecessary escalation, not effective meeting, no effective plans making a lot redundant reportings, duplication of task, well to sum up, Messed Up Operation.
