No work Life balance, Poor wages, No Increment, very poor bonus even after working hard making the client happy, Too many internal reviews which don't make sense to employees. Managers force employees to complete the reviews quite often rather than concentrating on the real client satisfaction. Unrealistic expectation to the clients - False promises to deliver produict to the client that work can be done. cannot take a vacation even if we are legally provided - too many approvals for vacation. HR - Human Resource system is the worst I ever experienced ( Halifax, Nova Scotia) HR never works for the employees. Just for a reference letter, HR makes Employees wait for 1 month after frequent visit and requests made (HR- Halifax-Nova Scotia, Canada) - Micromanagement from all around the management team - No support for requested technology but managers want the work to be completed on time. People at IBM doesn't work to make the client happy rather they work to make the managers happy. False vision - Equal opportunity employeer - IBM is /will never be an equal opportunity employeer.
