6yWe appreciate your feedback. We are committed to creating a comfortable and collaborative environment for all of our employees, and we’re disappointed to hear about some of your experiences.
We noted you touched on two positive areas which are integral to the culture of IBI Group – meaningful employee-manager relationships and a flexible work environment. These two areas often land at the top of our engagement scores so we appreciate you sharing your experience to help us strive to continue to improve.
As you may be aware, we’ve spent a great deal of time and effort over the last few years to enrich our culture to one that supports innovation, collaboration, and diversity. We have implemented a Global Women’s Network, that includes activities such as Speed Networking, professional development, monthly forums and external speakers. This is also supported by our Leadership Development Program, a Recognition Program, and just last year we hosted our inaugural Hackathon. Also, we are proud to have achieved and documented Pay Equity in Ontario in January of this year. These initiatives take time to reach each and every team throughout our global offices, but we have made great strides.
Regarding your comment on emotional abuse, IBI Group has a strict Business Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy where we foster a work environment in which all individuals are expected to be treated with dignity and respect. The Human Resources Department actions any discrimination or harassment claim in an effective and efficient manner. We would encourage you to reach out to us directly for action.
