      Pros

      It has one of, if not the best staff of any local in the country. They are all great men and women in that hall. They’ll take care of whatever you need. Even if you’re the one that needs checked.

      Cons

      My only Complaint is with the IO and being operated almost exclusively by inside wireman and not enough JL’s or any. All Locals sometimes don’t want to do anything about the big contract companies if they do screw over someone.

      Pros

      Pay is great for an entry level position. Benefits are hard to match anywhere. It's a great job if your planning to advance into a Line Apprenticeship.

      Cons

      Can be hard to get hired in. Job security if unwilling to work towards advancement. Can be labor intensive. Usually Requires a current Class A CDL or the ability to obtain a CDL within 3-6 Months
