Pros
Young people with little or no experience can be thrust into "senior" roles b/c of high turnover and fluffy work. That can be good, I guess. You also can have a lot of latitude to bs your way through your work, if you want or need to for certain periods. That can be a nice break sometimes.
Cons
The place is a complete fraud and everyone is miserable. Even when they bring on experienced people with solid resumes, they quickly bolt. And for good reason. Look at turnover rates carefully. Also, just know that the positive reviews here are artificially created ones from their HR person specifically in response to the consistent and honest reviews from other current and former employees about this organization. The HR chief is the CEO's cousin, which explains why he's still there and why he goes to such great lengths to excuse, cover up, candy candy coat, and now completely contradict the fundamental problems this employer has. Use common sense here. Stay away. All of this is independently verifiable.
