The culture is very positive, collaborative, and growth-driven. Every day you get to work with some of the smartest minds, which pushes you to become better both technically and professionally.

      Cons

      Honestly, there aren’t real cons with the company. If you are unable to perform well, that is on you — not on the company. IAMOPS provides all the tools, mentorship, and environment for success.

      IAMOPS provides excellent exposure to modern cloud and DevOps technologies. The work environment is fast-paced, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn about AWS, automation, monitoring, CI/CD, and production infrastructure. The team is supportive, and you get hands-on experience with real-world projects that help accelerate technical growth. Management is approachable, and the company encourages ownership and problem-solving

      Cons

      One area that could improve is ensuring equal opportunities across all employees. Sometimes project exposure, recognition, or growth opportunities can feel unevenly distributed between team members. A more structured and transparent approach to career growth and responsibility allocation would make the workplace even better
