They have a very comprehensive training program that enables Consultants to immediately put the IAG Business Analysis techniques to use helping Customers. Highly recommend if you are looking for a leader in Business Analysis and Requirements Development!

IAG is a company based in Canada so do political realities outside their control they are not able to offer health benefits to US Citizens.

The best part of IAG is the people. From the top there is a level of caring for both the team and the clients. They serve some heavy hitter clients and in the past six years I've worked there I've seen the company grow as a leader in requirements gathering. They celebrate this with everyone and care about you professionally and personally. If you know your stuff they trust you to do your job and are flexible. They manage staff all over the US and Canada but you never feel the distance! You will learn a lot by working here and can be given opportunities to share your knowledge and have your suggestions heard. They are continually growing and building on their success...to be part of it is a great career move for BAs and documentation specialists. I've made some great friends at IAG...very positive environment.

There really aren't many cons other than perhaps holding an annual meeting to gather all the remote staff for team building. Continue to grow to be able to offer more perm positions for those who want to move from contracting to perm.
