Pros

Working at I2X Technologies has been an incredible experience, largely due to the leadership’s genuine care for us employees. Andrea Sharp, in particular, went above and beyond to keep everyone in the loop. She made sure we were always informed about company updates, no matter how big or small, through clear, consistent communication. Her weekly calls were a game-changer—whether it was to discuss projects, brainstorm solutions, or just check in, she created a space where everyone felt heard. Beyond that, Then there’s John Fairlie, who made such a strong impression with his visits to Colorado. He didn’t just pop in for a quick hello—his trips showed care for our work and our lives out here. John took time to connect with us, understand what we were working on, and show genuine interest in how we were doing, both professionally and personally. Those visits made it clear he valued us as more than just employees, which meant a lot. Honestly, I2X Technologies is a fantastic place to work, and I’d recommend it to anyone without hesitation. The leadership’s dedication to transparency, support, and truly caring about their team makes all the difference.

Cons

While my experience at I2X Technologies was largely positive, there are a few areas where things could improve. Sometimes, leadership decisions felt a bit top-down. Communication was generally good, but there were moments when updates on timelines or priorities got delayed, leaving us a bit in the dark. Pay was decent, but it felt slightly below industry standards for similar roles, Vacation time was fair, but the approval process could be slow, making it tricky to plan time off smoothly. Lastly, while the company provided solid resources, the onboarding for new tools or systems could use more structure to get everyone up to speed faster.

Pros

Working with the customer in the duration of the contract was a wonderful time, and being able to do the mission was an unforgettable experience.

Cons

While the job itself *can* be rewarding, the company and the personnel behind it leave much to be desired. Most employees, including the contracting Site Lead, were kept in the dark about almost any change, with clarifying questions or concerns being either outright ignored or left unanswered. The local management had told all employees to hide their LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and other accounts for the express prupose of allowing the company to win a contract that, while awarded, led to the loss of jobs for an entire team with only 1 week of notice, despite the company knowing of this potential for several months. The management here also has the tendency to threaten job termination and litigation when it perceives that an employee has any form of disconetent with how information is disseminated. There is also an underlying issue of the lack of sick leave, and the PTO is less than favorable.
