      Most recent company supervisor was excellent, previous 2 were poor

      Pay is a fraction of your gov't employees, nearly impossible to grow in the position fairly poor benefits, no salaries during gov't shutdown, interference run by company that impedes smooth interaction with gov't supervisors

      Flexible about remote work; no micromanagement; good work-life balance

      Cons

      Very few opportunities to grow in the company; no salary increases in the last 2 years due to their contract issues; dishonest and careless management; benefits kept getting worse and worse every year; HR fails employees when they complain about SA/SH.
