Pros
No lesson planning. No homework. Kids are great. Centers are run well and good relationships with co-workers.
Cons
Management. Management. Management. Salaried wage means management will take as much from you as they can. Expect office hours with absolutely nothing to do during them. Salary looks good on paper but considering the high cost of living, ability to save is less than other countries in Asia. Opportunities for promotion in company go to those who have been there longest, not people who are actually qualified to do the job. Trainers are actually telling new teachers not to show letters to the students which makes absolutely no sense since we're preparing kids to go TO A READING CLASS WHERE THEY ABSOLUTELY NEED TO KNOW LETTERS. It's absurd and new teachers are completely unprepared for the job now which affects the entire center. Management micro-manages, wastes time, and has no interest in education.
