Pros
- Immediate management is absolutely legendary. Best team I have worked with. Great leadership by exposing team members to small and large scale rollingstock issues. - High level of encouragement on learning and developing solutions. Everyone is inclined towards learning and not bossing around. - Good Salary - as per the role. - State of the art maintenance facility. - Very friendly and supportive team of highly experienced rail technicians. They dont have any ego issues and are interested in working collaboratively.
Cons
- Some members are just pushing through to the end of their shift and are much interested in arguing and pinning/handing over stuff on other teams rather than upskilling themselves and managing tasks better. - Near to zero flexibility even in roles which can be a bit flexible atleast now when the world is in 2025.
